About the Owner
I started Americas Best Choice of Columbus after working in the window and construction industry for 7 years. I learned from experience that people really just wanted one thing, to be treated with respect. That means answering the phone when they call with a question, updating them on the work that’s being done, showing up when you say you’re going to be there, and cleaning up when the work is done. This is what we have built our business around, customer service. We obviously wanted to use superior products and offer them to the public at a reasonable price but more than anything we saw that the industry lacked customer support and I made it my mission to make sure that the customer is completely taken care of from start to finish if they chose to do a project with us.
